Hello! A basement room just opened up in our 3BR/2BA 1,595ft2 Townhouse near Coal Mine/Kipling (Dutch Ridge) in Littleton, CO. Available May 1, 2026. , 1BR in basement. The available room is in the basement and has a private bathroom. Move in date os May 1st, 2026.
There are 2 existing roommates who are looking for a female roommate only. The property owner also needs to approve the new roommate, running background check, employment verification, and credit check.
The property is kept in very nice condition, has new AC and heat, free parking. 1 pet is currently present ( well trained German shepherd) but no other pets are allowed. The property backs to a greenbelt and is an end unit so there is only one-shared wall with neighbor. Washer/dryer included. There is off-street parking in front of unit and the 2 existing and 1 new roommate cooperate on the assigned parking spot/common parking spots in the lot. The complex also has a swimming pool.
The owner pays HOA which includes trash and water. The tenants split 3-ways gas, electric, and wi-fi. The leasing term is month to month or longer. Rent is $700 per month and security deposit is $700 prior to move-in. HOA guidelines are strongly enforced.
