My name is Anna (I go by Ivy), 41y.
I work remotely as a Transformational Consultant and am passionate about creating solutions that minimize tension and inefficiency.
I am looking to rent a large bedroom - preferably with a private (unshared) bathroom. An unfurnished room would be perfect, but that's not a deal-breaker. If two rooms in a home are not currently available, I will be sharing a room with my 13-year old child who is self-sufficient, respectful, loves to bake, and has a low-key routine.
We are downsizing to be more intentional with embracing a minimalist lifestyle. Our ideal environment is peaceful, clean, free of clutter, and provides sufficient natural sunlight. Due to allergies, a smoke-free and pet-free home is necessary.
I am targeting a move-in date between 3/6/26 - 3/14/26.
