Since it is a bunkbed space, I can allow a second renter at $500/month plus $100 utilities if interested.
It is a 4 bedroom single family home, unattached, on its own lot, with its own driveway.
FULL ACCESS TO:
1. Kitchen and cabinets (cook anything you want, as it is a brand new unused kitchen and I don’t cook)
2. Laundry Room (immediately outside your bedroom)
All laundry room cabinetry is completely empty and available for use. (I do not access them)
3. Kitchen/Dinner table
4. Jr. Olympic Swimming pool/BBQ area/Jacuzzi/Kiddie Pool
5. Access to backyard/putting green.
6. Couples who are paying both previously mentioned rental fees are fine.
7. Single parents with a young child (1+ age) both paying previously mentioned rental fees are also fine.
8. For single occupants, no more than 2 nights a week for overnight guests.

Month to month, 3-Month, 6-Month, and 12-Month contracts are acceptable.
$1000 security deposit (one months rent, +$500 if there is a second renter)
Utilities cost: $100/month per person
And gives full access to air conditioning /heating/wifi/electric/gas/water.

For move-in: if approved, sign a formal residential tenancy agreement and applicable addendums (proof of identification required). Pay 1st month rent and a $1000 security deposit plus $500 if there is a second renter and $100 for each persons utilities.
Furniture must stay and is not removable.
