Room description
We're looking for a roommate to join us in our 4-bedroom Huntington Beach townhome. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac just a mile from the beach and downtown HB and has good street parking and laundry on site. The room is large with a very spacious closet. It is an upstairs bedroom which shares a full bathroom with two of the roommates. There is also a shared half bathroom downstairs. Everyone has full kitchen privileges and we have no house rules about guests, etc., other than being respectful of noise and no illegal activity of course. We split utilities gas, wifi & electricity usually around $50-70/mo total. We are three women ages 30-36, smoking permitted outside, we share a back patio. We also have a dog, he is a very friendly and playful wiener dog. We all work M-F, between 7 AM-6 PM so we're pretty mellow during the week. We are very tidy and take turns cleaning the common areas once a week. We're just looking for someone who vibes with us; female preferred. We are unable to accept any more pets, landlords rules not ours. We are and hope to find a roommate who is 420 friendly, LGBTQ+ friendly, and okay living with a dog.
