With a total of three rooms, two are already occupied, fostering a vibrant community atmosphere. The available room, perfect for long-term stays, provides ample space and a walk-in closet for your comfort.
While most spaces are shared, privacy is maintained in the master bathroom, exclusively yours to enjoy. The second bathroom, accessible from the available room and another, offers shared facilities for your convenience.
In our well-appointed kitchen, featuring new appliances, you'll find everything needed to whip up delicious meals and snacks. Whether you're unwinding in the living room or tackling chores in the laundry room, our shared spaces are designed to make you feel right at home.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to utilize the shared spaces within our property, including the cozy living room, spacious laundry room, and well-appointed kitchen with new appliances. The available room comes with shared access to the designated bathroom, which is connected to another room within the property. However, the master bathroom is not accessible to guests, ensuring privacy for the occupants. While most areas are communal, guests can enjoy their own private space in the available room and have shared access to the designated bathroom.

- Guests are welcome to park anywhere within the premises, except in front of the parking garages.
- Please ensure your vehicle's tag is up to date to park on the premises. Failure to comply may result in towing.
