Furnished Room with Private Bathroom

Room description

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood near 1604 & Bulverde, with easy access to 1604, 281, and 410. The furnished room is 10’x12’, and comes with a private bathroom as well as access to the rest of the house’s amenities (kitchen, laundry, living room, wifi, etc.). There is also a backyard patio with a grill, and access to the neighborhood pool and tennis court.

I am a male, high-school English teacher. I am clean, relatively quiet, and only occasionally have guests over. There are two cats in residence; they are curious about things, but are never a hassle, don’t shed much, and do not smell.

Looking for a roommate who is similarly clean and relatively quiet. No pets, please. Length of stay is negotiable, and deposit is $500, which will be refunded after room inspection following move-out. I do ask that the roommate pay half of the power/water/internet bills, since we would both be using them.
