This is a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom apartment with 3 other girls. There is a shared kitchen and living room. The apartment is furnished with a dining room table, a coffee table, chairs, a couch and a love seat. There is a dishwasher and stovetop as well as a pantry. The bedroom is also furnished with a bed, nightstand, dresser, desk and desk chair. The bathroom is attached to the room and is NOT shared.
This location offers a gym, basketball court, outdoor pool, a clubhouse, study room, pool table and foosball, plenty of visitor parking and security.
This location is typically very quiet and the residents are in their early twenties attending UNC CHARLOTTE which is directly across the street.
I need this space rented from May 11th to July 31st, and you can re-sign the lease with the office if you wish.
