Hello everyone! I'm renting out a bedroom in my two story townhome starting May 1st. Just to be clear, I'm renting out one of bedrooms and will be staying in the other. The rent is $1050/month plus utilities.
The room includes a spacious walk-in closet and your own private bathroom. If interested, the application fee is $43, which covers criminal background and credit checks. If approved, the application fee will be credited towards the first month’s rent.
The 🔒 security deposit 🔒 is the monthly rental amount and will be paid back upon ending of the lease. No 🐾 pets 🐾 allowed. There is parking; the garage, driveway, and street parking. Ideally looking for longer term rental with the minimum being 6 months. Please advise if this something you're still interested in and we can schedule a showing this week!
A little about me: I’m 27, and started a few things that I pursue full time after working in corporate America for a few years. I’m clean and organized. I spend the majority of my time at the gym, fishing, tennis, playing pickleball, spikeball, golf and hanging out with friends.
