Hello, a room is available for rent in a condo on the first floor, in a very clean and pleasant community in Greenacres. It’s shared with a very clean and hardworking person (non-smoker). A parking space right in front of the house is included, along with access to a community gym and pool. It’s 20 minutes from the beach and many shops are nearby. An application to the association is required. We are looking for someone with a stable job who doesn’t smoke. The first month’s rent and a $300 deposit are due, for a total of $1100. Cable internet is included; electricity costs would be shared.

Se comparte con una se persona muy limpia y trabajadora (no fumadora) Se incluye un espacio de parqueo justo al frente de la casa con acceso a un gimnasio y piscina de la comunidad.
