About to acquire a 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom townhome near Downtown (3rd Ward) in November. Need 3 roommates. 1 will get their own room and bathroom and 2 will share a room and bathroom. If things go correct, you MOVE IN November 20th! This property will only be available for lease through me until December 13th, 2024.

Lease has to be longer than 6 months.

$300 deposit to lock down your spot. NEED to make AT LEAST $2,500 a month and pass credit & background check.

I prefer roommates of the ages 18 - 25, as I’m 20 years old myself. Want to be around people my age… But, I’d be open to older people.
