Here just one block is from University of New Orleans campus. It is very save area, and easier go to grocery store, restaurants. Also here has three main bus lines, that is easier to go to French Quarter, Mid city. Bus can be directly to Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, and LSUHSC. Current tenants info: Two young guys here, 24-26 yo, one is a student and another one is a part-time job at Tulane University.
The room is furnished with twin bed, two windows, desk and chair... central air... laundry inside..
No pet allowed.
Rent is $470 plus utilities, moving cost= first month rent + one month rent as deposit.
