Room description

Hey we are a community of fitness and growth oriented people who are clean (tidy & organized), respect and maintain healthy boundaries, emotionally regulated, and happy. We have a room for rent at our place that is 13'x13' with a closet that is 7' wide x7' tall and 3' deep. Our wifi has 500 mbps and we have a large walk in pantry so we are pandemic prepared..

In our house we have a garage set up with gymnastic rings, a treadmill, BJJ matts, punching bag, cable pulley machine, sauna, movie projector and screen. Laundry machine and dryer is on site and the room has a shared bathroom which we clean once a week.

We mostly cook our own meals and have a secondary fridge in the garage. Kitchen amenities include: variable temp gooseneck water boiler and all the tools for making a great coffee or tea, air fryer, sous vide, and other tools for making high quality delicious food. We don’t really drink or do drugs, have any kids or pets.

We are looking for someone who is similar in values such as personal responsibility, growth oriented, financially stable, and seeking to be part of a safe and growth oriented environment.

Our home is located a couple blocks from mile square park and 5 minutes away from Walmart, Albertsons, and Brodard and INI restaurants.

An ideal living situation would be living with a professional who is kind, genuine, respectful, and can have open communication. No parties, pets, occasional overnight guest stays are ok.
