Room description
This price reflects 1bed1bath in a 4bed4bath condo unit. It includes utilities, wifi and basic furniture. Each bedroom has a private bath and walk-in closet. You need to share kitchen and living room with other three tenants. Current tenants are University of Florida students. It is located near UF campus, Shands and VA Hospital. Our community has gym, volleyball and basketball courts, pool, hot tub, and is also on 2 major UF bus routes #9 and #35 (every 9 minutes). Our building has a security lock gate. No pets, no smoking. Short term OK.
