Shared spaces: Bathroom (shared with one person), furnished living room, and kitchen
In-home perks: In-unit laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi, central AC, access to pool/hot tub
Parking: One parking pass is included
About the Household
Current residents: One working professional, one student, one cat and one ball python.
Vibe: Clean, quiet at night, respectful of shared spaces, and open to an occasional chat.
House Rules
Pets: Sorry, no additional pets that are free roaming. Non-mammal pets in enclosures, like reptiles, allowed within reason.
Smoking: No smoking indoors
Guests: Occasional overnight guest is fine with a heads-up to housemates

Monthly Rent: $635
Security deposit: $635
Utilities: Split evenly (usually around $80/mo per person)
Lease Term: 1-year
Move-in Date: Flexible, no later than October 1, 2026 but sooner is fine
