Room description
Renting out two private rooms in a Lakefront House that come pre-furnished, with a bed, dresser, and closet.
The master bedroom has a furnished and attached bathroom, and walking closet for rent for $1100, and the second room separate bathroom for rent for $750
Washer and Dryer are included and shared between all tenants.
Deposit for month $750 and 6 months lease .
The rest of the House outside the private rooms is a shared space for all tenants.
The Lakefront House is in a quiet area of the suburbs, but still close enough to main Missouri City that you can easily access stores and the like. Fishing is also allowed in the Lake out back.
