Room description
One bedroom for rent unfurnished. It comes with a the bathroom adjacent to the bedroom. We will share a living room, kitchen, laundry room, backyard and basement. One unique attraction is a half-finished movie theater. If you love movies this would be the place to be. I am looking for someone who enjoys a peaceful lifestyle, no drama. Another note to consider please, is my five-year-old son will be joining us every other weekend.
If you have kids they will be expected to share the bedroom with my 5 year old son. All I ask next to making payments on time is that you are a good example towards my kid.
