Room description
We have a beautiful 3 bedroom home in Fair Oaks. Looking to rent 1 bedroom preferably to a female over 40 with a job ( no pets or smoking cigarettes.) Rent is $850 a month + $500 deposit. All house bills are split 3 ways. Shared bathroom with myself. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. We are in walking distance to grocerys, gym, gas station, restaurants, and a bar. Plenty of street parking. We do have 1 dog who are super friendly. Us ladies (cousins) are super cool. (Grew up in the 70's or should I say were teenagers in the middle 70's) We still relate to that generation lol. We really want someone like ourselves to rent that room. There's no drama here. Room will be available July 1st
