Front bedroom furnished,with flat screen tv

full run of the house and laundry room you have your own bathroom

Drive way parking,

No kids, no pets, no smoking in the house and no drugs on the property.

Asking $950.00 per month this cost includes utilities and internet service.

There is a $300.00 deposit required on top of the $950.00

This is a month to month arrangement

$950.00 due at the first of each month.

The house is equipped with a security system.

I am the owner of the house and I live in the house also I am retired so I am home always
