About the room-
Private room for rent in a 2-bedroom 1 bath ground-level condo in a quiet, gated complex in Escondido. It is the larger of the 2 rooms being 12ft x 17 ft. Washer/dryer in-unit and a patio. Water and trash are covered but other utilities would be split with current tenant, and can come furnished if needed for additional. Complex is at end of a cul de sac, has its own laundry room, clubhouse, pool/hot tub, small gym, swing set, and bball court. Street parking and visitor parking is also available. Very close to 78 freeway to either head south to SD or more north
About Your Potential Housemate-
I’m a 31-year-old female who works 6 days a week, so I stay pretty busy. I’m a homebody during the week — I cook in the evenings, love watching movies, and working on creative/artistic projects. I’m social and love conventions and traveling when I can, but my party days are behind me. I prefer quiet hours after 10 PM on weeknights. I have two rabbits who live in a hutch in the living room during the day and free roam for a couple of hours in the evening. Because of this, I’m not able to accommodate additional pets at this time — sorry! 🧑🤝🧑 About You -Ideally mid-20s to early 40s -Preferably single, simple, drama-free male (laid-back women welcome as well) -No couples -Cleanliness is a must -Overnight guests are okay (max 2x per week with a heads-up; more than that can be discussed) -Respectful of shared spaces and quiet hours I’m pretty laid back and value open communication and mutual respect.
