Room description
Spacious house located in a quiet upscale neighborhood in Elkridge. Close to BWI (~10 minute drive), DC (~30 minute drive), and Baltimore (~20 minute drive). The available room is about 9 1/2 by 10 1/2 with a decent size closet. The kitchen, dining & living room are all furnished and are shared common areas. Washer & dryer on site in the basement. There are only 1.5 baths in the house so they are both shared.
Available October 1st. All lease terms considered but prefer month to month or 6 months to start. Can extend to yearly after you’ve been there for a few months. The current tenants have been there for 3+ years. New tenant must be LGBT friendly. Great for students or professionals. Proof of income, security deposit and background check are required. Utilities included.
There is a dog on the property so you must be dog friendly! The dog will not go in your room (unless invited in) but will be in the shared common areas.
One non-binary who works in person 6am-4pm. One female that works varying day shifts. One male who works hybrid. We are all pretty quiet and keep to ourselves but are friends and hang out in the evenings. We keep the common areas clean. We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful and LGBT+ friendly. There is a dog in the home. The dog will be in the shared common areas. No cats or other dogs allowed.
