Hi, I have a furnished spare room I rent out to a younger guy needing a place to stay. It is not fully private but it is separated. It’s Not like the 2 beds are in the same room. It's just you have to cross my room to get to the bathroom & I have to cross that room to get to the kitchen. It's a house. It's 250 per month or 65 weekly. All bills included. I have cable but no internet or Wi-Fi. Ideal place for a student trying to get on there feet on a limited budget. It is furnished with a bed & small dresser & TV. No couples. No drugs!
