Room description

Only 1/4 from BW 8 and and easy 20 minutes to IAH or downtown & 5 minutes from Deussen park. It's a large house with a large yard. The rent covers all including the utilities and yes, if you can fit your car in the garage, plz do. I would have thought this was normal but of course you have full access to kitchen, laundry, etc. It's a home, duh. There are even 2 living rooms-one upstairs, one down. Lone Star college is just down the road and San Jac will be opening a 23 acre one in a year, so if you need to go to school or just have a job that doesn't pay great, this is a great location. (Please be aware though that there are 5 rescue cats here)
