**ROOM 3 – MEDIUM ROOM - has ½ a bathroom

All the rooms are fully furnished - utilities included-lawn service- WIFI- Tv's in each room - etc.

Deposit is $350.00

The "common area” will have a TV also.

Payment accepted - SS, SSDI, private pay, Veterans Income etc.

Also, if you "don't have a car" - the Douglas Paratransit bus will pick you up at house bring you to your location than bring you back home. Its "FREE" to ride! Must have a letter form your Doctor to be approved.
