The room I’m renting is ready now. It is freshly painted with all new high-end furniture, including a new Nectar mattress, a dresser, 2 nightstands, a two-sided desk, a large mirrored closet, a ceiling fan, and a 50” TV with remote. It has 3 windows with new shades, so the room is bright, cheerful, and private.

You will have a private bathroom with granite countertops and a new toilet. It has three large cabinets with a lot of shelves.

The bedroom and bathroom are down a hallway and away from the main living areas, so you will have your own wing, so to speak.

I offer kitchen privileges, along with a new washer and dryer.

The house is centrally located in a safe, quiet, upper-class neighborhood. Parking is right in front of the house and very secure. I live about 4-5 minutes north of SDSU and the rent is $1,500 a month, including utilities. References and background check are required.

I live alone, so the house is quiet. I have a very lovable little dog who loves to cuddle.

I am very respectful of your private space and will never enter without your permission, unless there is an emergency.

5-10 minutes from all major highways, grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping malls. Minutes from 8,000-acre Mission Trails Park with hiking trails for all levels.
