At $975/month, the space includes a private bedroom (fits up to king bed), a private en suite bathroom just outside the door, and all shared spaces. Note: furnishings in photos are from previous tenant. Living areas are furnished, but renter responsible for personal space.
Shared space includes:
Upstairs: 2 living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room
Downstairs: A sitting room/small exercise space, and the unfinished portion of the basement with washer/dryer and some storage space
Outside: the house sits on 1.23 acres, has a screened in porch, outdoor porch, fire pit, and a gazebo.
Additionally, there is a garage if extra storage is required.
Security deposit (1 month rent) + 1st month rent due on move in. Rent includes Wi-Fi, water, and trash (electric is separate).
