Home is located in nice Cypress neighborhood. You'll have use of laundry, kitchen, living area, pool and patio. Wifi and utilities included. I have 3 small non-hypo allergenic dogs who are trained. Close to 290 and 99, shopping, restaurants, churches and hospital. Fairly quiet house as I am only other roommate. No drugs or partying. No pets. Month-to-month lease with $300 deposit.
