Approximately 12x30 (large space)

Loft style bedroom. (This means NO door) The loft overlooks the main floor.

We are on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Stairs only.

Street parking.

Condo is currently occupied by 1 male (myself, mid 40s) and 1 female (mid 30s)

You will be sharing a bathroom with my female roommate.

Full access to kitchen and dining room. (We don't hang out in the living room, so there are no couches, chairs etc.) The loft space is large enough to have a sleeping area and a media section. (TV, computer, game systems, desk etc.)

Low key, drama free home.

Looking for someone who either works full time out of the home, goes to school full time, or a combination of both. NOT interested in someone who works from home, or who is home all day. Sorry, personal preference.

Both my roommate and I are often away from home, so chances are you may have the place to yourself some, or most days.

Seeking one person, no couples. 

No exeptions.

No pets please. I have a bird who lives in my room and occasionally hangs out on the balcony.

Age is not important as long as you're a respectful and responsible person. 

The loft is $950 a month, which includes water and garbage, and PG&E.

We can discuss background check and deposit when the time comes.

Looking for a long term tenant, at least 1 year. You will be on a month to month lease.

The condo is at 1580 Clayton Road. There is a bus stop right downstairs. We're close to a gas station, 2 convenience stores, a barber and The Park and Shop. Tons of stores and restaurants. Downtown Concord and Bart are just 1.1 miles away. Close to freeways.
