Room description
Hi, I am looking to add a couple roommates to my house. I have 3 possible rooms available.
About the house:
The house has gorgeous natural lighting, a great size kitchen, fireplace, and plenty of storage. There is plenty of street parking (it's a quiet neighborhood), but the driveway can also fit 4-6 cars. I have one extra garage space for $50/month, for one roommate. All bedrooms have blackout curtains installed. There is a washer & dryer in the basement.
Room #1 - Furnished w/ private bath
This is a furnished bedroom with a detached private bathroom, on the main level of the home. The room is 12'x9'3", and the closet is 4'x2'11".
Rent: $1300/month
Basement Bedrooms: The basement bedrooms have big windows and great light, 7' ceilings, and large closets. The basement also has a currently unfurnished second common area. This could be a great setup for a couple, or friends. The bathroom in the basement is BRAND new, just finished the remodel, and it would be a shared bathroom for two people.
Basement Room #2 - Bookshelf Room
Room is 9'7" x 13'11"
Closet is 2' x 9'9"
Unfurnished, bathroom is shared
Rent: $1000/month
Basement Room #3 - Walk-in Closet Room
Room is 11'7" x 13'7"
Walk-in closet is 4'10" x 6'
Unfurnished, bathroom is shared
Rent: $1000/month
2nd Common Area in Basement: 15'3" x 19'5"
Rent Includes:
- Wifi, unless you'd like to have your own
- Utilities are included, up to a cap which will be written in the lease
- There is extra storage on site (staircase closet, under stairs closet, crawl space, attic, garage)
- There is an application fee of $25 and I do run a background check on applicants
- Security deposit is equal to one month's rent, $1000-1300
About me:
I'm a 35 and I wfh as a Senior Project Manager for a Saas company. I have two indoor-only cats. I recently bought my home, so I am often doing house projects. You can find me at Home Depot. A lot. :) I also dance, and I sew, and am generally pretty crafty.
Pets: I cannot consider additional pets at this time.
