Room description
We lived in this house last year as well as this one. The lease is until August 1, 2026. It has all amenities necessary, ac/ heating, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, no furniture necessary besides anything for your room. Nice outdoor area with a weight set for working out that doesn't get used much. Upstairs extra room we converted into a movie room.
I am moving to Houston and need my room filled. There are only two other roommates who are close friends of mine they stay pretty busy and are both upstairs. Chill environment, the house is kept clean and the yard is kept up. There’s supposed to be 4 people living here but one of our roommates left this past month because he graduated and I graduated too but hadn’t had a job yet. January rent is already paid for. I will pay the extra 300 it would be so since our other Roomate left and stopped paying because when he signed the year lease he said he could only pay for 6 months. You just have to pay the 900.
