Room description

I have a room for rent in my 2500 sqft house. I have both furnished and unfurnished. I am looking to rent to a female because I have a soon to be 4yo son who I share time with his mother and because of that I don't want to bring a male into the house that I don't know well. There is high speed internet, all utilities included, access to all common spaces. Beautiful outdoor spaces and spacious indoors. I live in west Chula Vista near 5th and L.
