In her late 20s and works in the healthcare industry. The apartment is often kept low key and quiet to respect everyone’s space and schedule. The ideal roommate would be a busy professionals, graduate/medical/clinical student who is focused on work and keep the partying/social gathering outside of the apartment for a productive environment.
If interested, please take the time to include information about yourself (ex: employment, typical schedule, lifestyle, hobbies, pet peeves, anything you think a potential roommate should know, etc) - these replies given first consideration! Please only reply if you fit the description above and can keep common areas clean. I'm not a neat freak but would like to share this new unit w/ a responsible person who can pick up after themselves and respect others belongings and privacy.
This is an extremely competitive price compared to the rest of the apartments in the Midtown as a one bedroom unit in this building or studio in other buildings starts at $2,600-$3,000! Anything cheaper w/ these amenities in this area is a scam - be careful! I am hoping to fill the room soon, but please only respond if it’s a serious inquiry, thanks!
