The Apt. located on quiet and neat street. 10 MINUTES by bus from Maverick T STATION (blue line), and from Haymarket T STATION (green&orange line).

5 MINUTES WALK to the BUS STOP #111, 112, 114, 116, 117, also new silver line SL 3 (that’ll take you to airport, south station and World Trade Center). Very easy transport location :)

Nice and sunny room in a great 3 bedroom apt. is available for move in On Now or on November 1st 2020. Furniture is in the room (big dresser, new queen bed, night table).

$750 with all utilities INCLUDED-electricity, gas, wifi. Laundromat is 1 block away, and we also have small washing machine right inside the apartment for everyone to use :)

Grocery stores are near by. Street parking is free with a sticker from City Hall.

Moving in requirement: Must have first and last month rent ($1500, no exceptions!)
