The smaller room for rent is $895. The larger room is slightly more and if wood chooses two rooms the price is negotiable. I am 10 mi from Charlottesville and 11 miles from the University of Virginia Medical Center. I am 1 mi from the local schools High School, Middle School and Elementary School. I am 1 mile from downtown Crozet. The library. I am across the street from the Harris Teeter shopping Center in Liberty Hall. Doctor offices, dental offices and restaurants are all with them walking distance. I'm at the foothills of Skyline Drive and Blue Ridge Parkway. There are mountain views from this neighborhood. I have two animals therefore I prefer no for pets. There is also no smoking or vaping inside the home or on the property. This is a very family oriented neighborhood.
