Room description

My house has two rooms for rent. The smaller room is $825 & the larger is slightly more. Both room rentals by someone the price is negotiable. The Harris Teeter, doctor offices, dental offices and restaurants are within walking distance. I am 10 miles from Charlottesville and 11 miles from UVA Medical Center. I am 1 mile from the high school, middle school, elementary school, the library and downtown Crozet. I am also 2 miles from I-64. There is no smoking or vaping in the home or property. The neighborhood is very quiet and family oriented. There is a playground in the common area. I have two pets of my own so I prefer no more pets.If one enjoys the outdoors one is very close to many parks for hiking like the Blue Ridge Parkway and Skyline Drive.
