Room description
Looking for a roommate to take the second bedroom of a two bedroom apartment. The Brookside Apartments are in a great location, and are quiet. Apartment is on second floor, conveniently located near the laundry facilities, pool/hot tub and the sand volleyball court. You’ll share the covered parking spot and utility charges. The room is furnished (twin bed and desk) if needed, or can be empty for your furniture. The room has a walk in closet, and private bathroom across the hall. The apartment is furnished, including the kitchen, so you don’t need to bring much…just move in!
