Room description
I am looking for an awesome renter to rent a bedroom in my fully furnished house for $750/month-all utilities are included (electricity, water, internet, trash, cleaning, etc). The bedroom is available at the beginning of the month.
You will have access to the entire house including the living room, kitchen (with everything needed to cook) , laundry room with washer and dryer, and covered patio with pond view.
The bedroom is also furnished! This way you can move right in!
I am very neat and tidy. Must also be very neat and tidy.
The bedroom has a full bathroom right next to it which could be shared with one other person.
The lease is month to month, however, I do require a refundable security deposit of $400.
Call or text to stop by and see if this is a good fit. Thank you!
No animals. No smoking. No drugs.
This is a very convenient location on Hwy 9 close to Little River and North Myrtle Beach with some amazing dining and shopping. Easy access to the Grand Strand via Hwy 31.
