Roommate to share expenses. I have a two bdrm two bath townhouse in Taylor. The available room is furnished with a queen bed dresser and tv. includes rent, water, and the internet. The only other expense is gas and electricity, which varies from month to month. The gas and electric split avg cost during summer months is $ 60 or less.
