Renting out a furnished large master bedroom with a private bathroom/toilet/shower) out of a house in the beautiful Rancho del Rey area of Chula Vista, CA. House/room are in close proximity to freeways, restaurants, retail outlets, hospitals, schools and military bases. Looking for a mature male or female to reside with some existing family members; landlords residing off-site; family member will be acting property manager in our absence. No smoking & no drugs please. Asking for tenant who is responsible and can pay monthly rent & utilities on time. Tenant will have access to the living room, kitchen, backyard/deck areas and washer and dryer in the garage. Large master bedroom has a bed (SleepNumber mattress) and dressers. Small TV is available, if needed. Master bedroom is cable ready. Residing family are very welcoming, loving and kind people. We're respectfully asking for the same courtesy. Prefer no pets (open for discussion, may require extra pet deposit). Room will be available on Sept 15 2023; date negotiable if a later date needed. Asking $1700/month plus utilities.
