We are a nonprofit shared housing program offering private, fully furnished rooms in a quiet, adult-only home located in rural Jasper County, SC. We advertise in the Beaufort area for those who don’t mind a short commute and are seeking a calm, stable living environment.
Our housing is ideal for independent adults such as working professionals, retirees, military or job relocations, or individuals in transition who are looking for a clean, respectful shared home.
Room pricing starts at $850 per month and varies based on room size and features. Utilities are included.
