I am looking for a responsible & respectful roommate. I want someone who is serious and doesn't bring "the party back to the house". I will be the one in charge of the cleaning. I will clean every room in the apartment EXCEPT for your room. You are responsible for cleaning your own room. There are washers and dryers in the building.
