Room description
A private room will be available for rent in a great location, just a short walk from Midtown Mall and the high-end shops of the Design District. This spot offers a fantastic central location, with Miami Beach, the airport, downtown, Coral Gables, and Hialeah all just a 15-minute drive away.
The room is unfurnished except for a small refrigerator. It's the only bedroom on the first floor and comes with its own private bathroom. You'll have access to all common areas, including the kitchen and a laundry room with a new washer and dryer. All utilities included(water, light, high speed Wi-Fi ). Off-steer parking included. Central air is kept at a comfortable 71-72 degrees. Parking space in front of the house.
You'll be sharing a spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house with a diverse group of four busy professionals and artists. This is a perfect home for someone who values their privacy but also enjoys a clean, friendly, respectful living environment.
The rent is $1,000 per month. The total move-in cost is $2,000, which covers your first and last month's rent. No security deposit is required. Room will be available on August 16, 2025.
Applicants must have a job and/or be a student with verifiable income.
