Room description
Private Bedroom with Private bathroom connected (basement room). Parking right in front of the house. Private back entery and privacy. It's just my wife and I and our one year old german shepherd. She will occasionally be in the yard. However, she is in training, so she shouldn't see her too often. The room is located off of 72nd a Federal right by the light rail. All other bills are included in price, internet, washer and dryer, utilities and heat. Basically everything is private except the shared kitchen. If you do not have a fridge you are welcome to use ours. The price is 900 a month due on the 1st of the month. There is a one time non-refundable deposit of 300 and that covers cleaning and re-keying fees. Guest are welcome as long as they do not stay prolonged periods. I usually do a lease between 3 months to a year. Payments are to be made in cash and you will receive a physical receipt every month.
