Hello,

I am renting the basement of my home. It has it's own separate entrance. It is furnished with a queen sized bed, eating table with 4 chairs, small lounge area with a pull out twin bed, bar area that can be used for small appliances (microwave, fridge, and coffee maker included). NO STOVE allowed.

Backyard is allowed to use with notice.

Bus transit near and a park is right down the street.

Willing to clean apartment for a fee.

Quiet neightborhood.
