There are 2 bedrooms, one is the master bedroom, for rent in a 4 bedroom house. Included with the 2 bedrooms is the living room. I rent the converted garage and one bedroom (for my son, who is away at college). There is a separate entrance to the house. Rent includes use of the kitchen, washer and dryer. House is located close to Santana Row and Valley Fair mall.
