Room description
ROOM FOR RENT - $620, plus one-quarter utilities (ALSO INCLUDES AMENITIES—internet, lawn care, on-site laundry, water, sewer, trash service, parking). You have full access to the kitchen, driveway parking, and washer and dryer.
Conveniently located 10 minutes away from the local library, I-95, and shopping center. We're looking for a NON-smoking, clean, quiet, respectful tenant. The house is approximately 2000 square feet and comprises four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with an average room size of 11'x12'. We currently have one vacant room, while working professionals occupy the others.
We offer several lease options:
Monthly: $670
Six-month: $645
Annual: $620
Out of respect for all our tenants, we maintain a strict no-smoking and no-pets policy within the home. This ensures a clean, healthy, and peaceful living environment for everyone.
There will be a non-refundable application fee of $55 to conduct a background check that I conduct. A $400 deposit is required before signing the lease agreement if your application is accepted.
