This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom double wide mobile home in the Adobe Wells mobile home park.
The person will be sharing a bathroom with a neat, respectable male roommate. You will have full privileges of the house. Washer and dryer. Use of all appliances, dishes, pots, and pans. Carport parking. No storage is available. I like to keep a quiet place. Please be respectful of all roommates. Please pick up after yourself. I have a nice relaxing backyard.
Amenities in this mobile home park include pool, jacuzzi, workout room, saunas, pool tables, pingpong table, volleyball net, basketball, and tennis court. A very quiet community. The place is only a few blocks away from Levi's stadium, highway 101 and 237 Expressway. Lightrail is within walking distance.
Smoking is ok outside, non drug user.
No pets. There are 2 cats that live here. One stays in my room.
