I have a nice clean bedroom available for rent in my east Mesa home. Im a quiet friendly respectful landlord i own and live in the home. The neighborhood is a clean quiet older neighborhood, im looking for a nice respectful friendly roomate. The rent is 800 per month and it includes electric. water and internet. There is a 350 dollar deposit and will be refunded on departure provided there are no new damages to the home, room or property.
