Room description
Safe neighborhood in Shadow Creek Ranch. The room is furnished (or furniture can be removed) with brand new carpet & a walk in closet. You'll have your own detached bathroom & access to shared living spaces, including a washer & dryer, kitchen, and a nice patio. Bills included. It's just me here. I rarely have people over so it's pretty quiet. I work from home 1 day a week and am not home much at all aside from that. I don't have mids or pets, am a non-smoker, and I keep things generally tidy.
