✷ The Apartment: Artistically designed & fully furnished with a stocked kitchen, cozy living area, massive covered patio, and an in-unit washer/dryer.
✷ The Vibe: Nestled into a quiet hillside, the apt feels more like a peaceful retreat—especially with a relaxing courtyard, pool & jacuzzi just steps down the hall!

✷ Availability: Ready ASAP with a $40 App Fee to City Lights + $200 Deposit to Melody. Utilities will be split evenly between all housemates. Two additional parking garage guest spots available.
