Furnished room in a 4 bedroom home close to the 101 and 17 freeways. Close to hospitals, shopping centers, gyms and TSMC the Taiwanese Chip company. Quiet and safe neighborhood house in the Casa Del Rockridge community. Looking for an employed professional to rent out the room to long term. Current roommate has been with me for over 4 years. There are 2 rooms available one with full bed and the other with queen bed and walk in closet.
